GED Part 3 - Mr. John Doe, GED, B.S.

If you “earn” a GED, you can use the title of this post as a template for your business card.  Why?

Academically speaking, it’s better if you’re an “at risk” teenager and graduate from high school than an “untroubled” teenager and drop out.

What’s this all about? Well, research by Dr. J. Tyler fairly well demonstrates that teenagers who are labeled ‘at risk’ during the eighth grade but who graduate from high school are twice as likely to earn college credits than ‘untroubled’ teenagers who drop out of high school, but later get the G.E.D.

Why?  I have a theory.  Do you?
